Getting ready to welcome your clients

Here are a few tips to ensure your guests will have a comfortable stay. The most key of them all is cleanliness of the room, beddings, towels and drapings. This makes all the difference.

1. Ensure the electric tokens are enough for the clients duration of occupancy
2. Ensure the Wi-Fi works and the password is updated with the client
3. Make sure to be there to receive your guest in case you have to deliver the keys
4. In case of a Keybox, update the client with the latest password.
5. Always make sure the essentials are sorted. ie. Soap, water, coffee, cleaning, gas, lighters etc

Most of all, always provide what you have listed. eg. If you say there is an ironbox, make sure its there and working.
